Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Athens, Greece. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Beloved.eu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Returns & Exchanges :
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchanges only. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition, and all tags must be attached. Items returned in any other condition may be sent back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Returns requested after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted. International Orders :
International orders typically arrive within 15 days after shipment. Priority shipping options may reduce delivery time to 6 days or less. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country upon delivery. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these potential charges. At this time, we are unable to estimate these fees in advance. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
